Manage drafts and published pages

Each page has a status that shows whether it is still being prepared, available to the public, or waiting for an update.

Understand the different statuses

A draft is content that has not been published yet. A live page is available to visitors. If a published page has been edited but the public version has not been updated, the interface should distinguish the saved version from the version visitors can see.

Update a page

Open the content, make your changes, and choose the appropriate publish or update action. Then check the public address.

Take a page offline

Unpublishing a page is different from deleting it permanently. Before taking a page offline, check any emails or menus that link to it.
