Understand the membership area

The membership area is a private space where customers can find the content they have access to.

Who is it for?

It is especially useful for courses, structured programs, and content reserved for a group of customers. Unlike a public page, it requires sign-in and access permissions.

How do members access it?

After signing up or buying a compatible product, a member receives the information they need to find their content. The interface should show only the resources they are entitled to access.

How is it different from a download?

A downloadable resource may be delivered directly after an order. A membership area is better suited to several pieces of content, a learning path, or a course that members return to over time.
