Manage member access

Each member should have the access rights for the products they have received.

Find a person

From the product or its member management area, find the person and check their access.

Grant access

If manual access is available, select the member and the product to assign. Make sure this is what you intend: it may grant access to paid content without a new order.

Revoke access

Before revoking access, check the impact on the customer and any related purchases or subscriptions. Deleting a contact record is not the same as canceling an order.
