Member subscriptions and invoices

Some products may include recurring payments for access. Payment management and access to content are separate concerns.

Review a subscription

When recurring payments are available, members should be able to find their product, billing period, and current status.

Manage cancellation

The date when renewals stop and the date when access ends may differ. Explain both dates clearly.

Find receipts

Invoices and receipts should be available through the flow provided by the payment processor or Plumfolio, depending on the implementation.

Warning: Do not promise that access will continue after cancellation until the business rule has been decided.
