Responses, consent, and exports

Once your form is published, you can review its responses in Plumfolio.

Review responses

Open Forms and view the responses for the relevant form. When recorded, check the date, fields, and completion status.

Use the results

Responses can help you qualify a request, prepare for an appointment, or improve a service. If export is available, use it for further analysis.

Manage sign-up confirmation

When available, double opt-in asks a person to confirm their address through an email. This helps reduce incorrect sign-ups and keep a record of consent.

Protect personal data

Do not ask for personal information you do not need. Follow applicable rules for unsubscribe and deletion requests.
