Troubleshoot an AI connection

If Claude or ChatGPT cannot use Plumfolio, first check that the connector is set up and that you authorized the correct account.

The connector does not appear

Check that the connection is supported by the app and subscription you use. Also review the connector management settings in your assistant.

The assistant cannot access your content

Check which account is selected and what permissions it has. If the connection was revoked, you may need to authorize it again.

An action is declined

An action may not be available through the connector, may be restricted by your Plumfolio subscription, or may be blocked by your permissions. Read the error message before trying again.

A page was created but is not visible

Open Web pages and check whether it is still a draft. Writing content and publishing it are separate actions.
