How does the AI connection work?

Plumfolio can communicate with Claude and ChatGPT through MCP, or the Model Context Protocol. This connection lets a compatible assistant access the features Plumfolio makes available to it.

What can a connected assistant do?

Depending on the available tools, the assistant may be able to review items in your workspace, prepare a page, edit content, create a draft, or look up certain information. The actions it can actually perform depend on its permissions and the connector version.

Where does the conversation happen?

You chat in Claude or ChatGPT. The assistant then uses the authorized connection to perform actions in Plumfolio. The results appear in your dashboard.

Who controls publishing?

Creating a draft should not publish it automatically. Actions that put content online, send an email, or change a sensitive setting must follow the required permissions and confirmation steps.
